Join Dig founder and pie-lover Nici Holt Cline to how to make homemade, flakey, buttery, scrumptious pie crust -- *the* foundation of your pies. Each student will leave with enough dough for one double crust pie.

Become a pie crust wizard! Nici will teach students how to use pie making tools and expertly blend and shape dough, including fluting the crust and crafting a lattice top. 

Students take home a pie crust in your pie plate and a bag of dough for another shell or top. This workshop will give you the confidence and skills to be successful in making delicious pies forevermore. There will be time for questions and answers while eating your complimentary slice of pie at the end of the workshop. 

Bring your own 9” pie dish or purchase a sweet red splatted enamel pie dish for $16 @ dig.

Students leave with:

  • two pie crusts
  • recipe card with several of Nici's favorite recipes for both pie fillings and pie crusts
  • industrial pastry cutter
  • 10% off all purchases on workshop day
  • slice of pie and tea
